Titu Academy (“Titu Academy”, “we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace that connects students, parents, and tutors for live and on-demand learning, including courses, bookings, wallet payments, and related tools.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform, or the minimum age required in your country. Users under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We offer discovery of tutors and courses, session booking, live classrooms, progress tracking, optional subscription plans (Free, Pro, Premium), wallet top-ups, and community features such as reviews and certificates where available.

Titu Academy is a platform provider. Tutors are independent providers, not employees of Titu Academy. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

Session prices, course fees, and subscription charges are shown before you confirm payment. Wallet balances and top-ups are subject to the Refund Policy.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for purchases you approve. Failed payments may cancel bookings or suspend access until resolved.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Share illegal, infringing, or harmful content in classes, chat, or profiles.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the platform, or resell access without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications as a tutor.
• Record or redistribute class content without consent where prohibited by law or tutor terms.

Tutors must deliver sessions they accept, maintain professional conduct, and comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines. Students and parents must attend on time, communicate respectfully, and pay agreed fees.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings that violate these Terms or create risk for the community.

Titu Academy branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Course materials and tutor content remain the property of their respective owners; limited use is granted only for personal learning through the platform.

The platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Titu Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant transaction in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.
