Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when you may receive a refund for bookings, course purchases, wallet top-ups, and subscription plans on Titu Academy. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. General principles
We want fair outcomes for students, parents, and tutors. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, timing of cancellation, and whether the service was delivered.
Approved refunds are returned to your Titu Academy wallet or original payment method where technically possible. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
2. Live session bookings
For one-to-one or group live sessions booked through the platform:
- Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of the session fee to your wallet unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Cancel within 24 hours: refund may be partial or unavailable; tutors may retain a cancellation fee as shown before you confirm.
- Tutor no-show or platform failure: full refund or free reschedule after review by support.
- Student no-show without valid notice: generally no refund.
3. On-demand courses
If you have not started the course (no significant progress or downloads), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After substantial access, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial.
Promotional or bundled offers may have different rules shown at purchase.
4. Subscription plans (Pro & Premium)
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid upgrade and have not used paid-only features beyond reasonable trial use, contact support for a full refund of that period’s fee.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date; no prorated cash refunds unless required by local law.
5. Wallet top-ups
Unused wallet balance from top-ups may be refundable upon request if no fraud is suspected and local regulations allow. Fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
Wallet funds used for completed sessions or delivered content are not refundable.
6. How to request a refund
Open a support request from your dashboard with the booking ID, course name, or transaction reference. Pro and Premium users may receive priority review through admin ticketing where enabled.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Complex cases may take longer while we coordinate with tutors or payment partners.
7. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered services may result in account suspension pending investigation.
8. Regional rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country. Where local law provides stronger protections, those rights apply.
